Peer Navigator Walk-In Hours

Welcome to the Peer Navigator Walk-Ins Page!

NOTE: Peer Navigators can provide general support to all non-1st year SSHA Students majoring/minoring within SSHA. All 1st Year students are advised by the Bobcat Advising Center.

Here you can find a full list of services the Peer Navigators can assist SSHA Students with!

Peer Navigator availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to capacity limitations of the physical space (COB 204) you may be asked to wait in outside hallway until you are able to meet with a Peer Navigator.

Entering Peer Navigator Virtual Walk-In Hours:

1. Upon clicking the Zoom link, you will join our main seesion where you will be greeted and check-in by our Student Assistant.

2. Once checked in, you will be placed back into the virtual waiting room until an Academic Advisor or Peer Navigator becomes available.

3. Based on a student's needs and Academic Advisor/Peer Navigator availability, you will be referred to the corresponding Academic Advisor/Peer Navigator's breakout room.

4. Once your session has ended, your Academic Advisor/Peer Navigator will inform you how to leave the meeting.

Note: If the “Meeting has been Locked” message appears, this means that our list is closed due to capacity and no further students will be allowed to enter at that time. Feel free to check back in later to see if the waiting room opens up again OR send an email to your assigned Academic Advisor with your questions.
