Academic Advisor Walk-In Hours

Academic advising assignments depicted below are for non-first year SSHA students. All first-year students are advised within the Bobcat Advising Center.

When joining SSHA Academic Advising Virtual Walk-In Hours, please note the following: 

1. Please  join our SSHA Academic Advising Virtual Walk-In hours using your student UC Merced Zoom account. 

2. Upon clicking the Zoom link, you will join our main session where you will be greeted and checked-in by our receptionist.

3. Once checked in, you will be placed back into the virtual waiting room until an academic advisor or Peer Navigator becomes available.

4. Based on a student’s need(s) and academic advisor availability, you will be referred to the corresponding academic advisor’s breakout room.

5. Once your session has ended, your academic advisor will inform you how to leave the meeting.
