EAPE Skype Appointment Request Form

Instructions:

Please complete the web form below if you are requesting a Skype academic advising appointment.

Tips:

This web form should be used to request an appointment with an advisor in the School of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts.

After your "EAPE Skype Appointment Request" has been received, you can expect to receive an email with your suggested appointment time within three business days. Instructions for the Skype appointment will be sent to your UC Merced email account. Due to the high number of students, requests received after October 15 may not be scheduled.
