Request for Advising and Course Registration

Instructions:

Please complete the web form below if you are requesting a suggested schedule for Fall 2015

Complete the form below and note any other college institutions you've attended previously and list any AP Scores you've earned.

Tips:

  • This web form should be used to request a suggested schedule in the School of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts. If you would like to change majors into Engineering or Natural Sciences please check off "Other" under the "Intended Major" section below.
  • Provide as much information regarding previous college work and AP Scores.
  • If you have previous college work and/or AP scores, please email screenshots to ssha.advising@ucmerced.edu

*Please be aware that you still need to submit official transcripts to UC Merced

After your "Request for Advising and Course Registration" has been received, you can expect to receive an email with your suggested courses for Fall 2015 and instructions on how to register within three business days. Recommendations will be sent to your UC Merced email account. Due to the high number of students, requests received after August 12, 2015 may not be processed within this timeline, further delaying your course enrollment.
