Monday, April 7 is the last day to submit a Course Withdrawal Form to withdraw from a course for Spring 2014. Forms must be completed and signed, and fee must be paid, prior to submission to COB 208 for processing. Forms turned in after 1pm this date may not be reviewed, so early submission is suggested.
